Succession Planning

Succession Planning is a STRATEGIC EXERCISE for future proofing the organization from leadership standpoint. It entails establishing CRITICAL POSITIONS within the organization (CEO/MD or Members) forming part of the Board or Committee) to be filled from the LEADERSHIP TALENT, preferably from internal pool, unless the context demands a paradigm shift. The process entails identifying, developing, and deploying the leadership talent under a structured plan that can test the uncertainties of time and complexities of the changing context.

During its lifespan, an organization may be required to undertake an Individual Succession Planning mandate as well a Generational Succession Planning exercise.
